“Ok let’s get straight to the point,,, needed a product that I couldn’t purchase over the contract from any DIY store or shop so I went on line come across a online supplier of the product I needed so I purchased it and even though it said it could take up to 5 working days to arrive it was on my doorstep the next morning now if that’s not great service then I don’t know what is , I will be using this company again because of the great service I received from them and I would highly recommend them,, five stars from me ***** LD maintenance & requires Ltd”

“The shopping experience was fine, but there should be a stronger wording on the disastrous impact of even light rain within 24 hours of adding the sealant to exterior porcelain tiles. It took me longer to remove the milky sealant than it did to apply it in the first place with the additional cost of the sealant remover adding insult to injury.”

All sealers regardless of brand or type must be applied to dry surfaces with adequate drying/curing time thereafter. This is clearly stated on the product and also repeated within the web page information, technical data sheet etc. The amount of rain is generally irrelevant, the product should not be applied if rain is forecast as per instruction. The instruction is not to apply to damp surfaces or if rain is likely/forecast. Similar to painting external windows, you would have to assume a sub-optimal result would occur if it rained and the product had not dried/cured. In this case if the product had not cured or been over applied (which would slow the curing phase) the result would be sub-optimal. As this product dries very quickly (and will cure rapidly in the current air temperatures) it sounds like it rained shortly after application. We produce strippers for various sealers, including for the removal of other companies products. Many companies do not produce removal agents for their own sealers or coatings. The normal assumption is that the instructions will be followed correctly. It is purely good fortune that we do produce removal agents which will work on multiple types of sealers. Stripping topical sealers will always be difficult as the sealer (once applied) must resist chemical cleaners, abrasion from footfall and pressure washers. Removal is a slow process which will always take longer than applying the sealer. Unfortunately, the product was applied in sub-optimal conditions, but thankfully we did have a removal agent available to correct the mistake.

“I was dubious about the reviews and efficacy of the product, but was pretty desperate after multiple attempts at cleaning my patio with a high pressure hose and other Kartcher chemicals. Floorseal worked a treat - easy to apply on wet slabs, quick scrub with a brush, and wash off. Results were very fast & my natural stone patio is completely free of black spots and fairly severe discolouring from organic materials. It also swiftly removed the moss and other organic material & stains between the slabs. Absolutely thrilled with my gleaming patio!”

“Quick next day delivery, product, worked well, but only covered a small area, not available in larger quantities and very expensive. Would be cheaper to replace the pavers than treat all with the rust and lawn fertiliser removing product.”

Thank-you for your positive review of our product. This product is available in a 1 litre container at present as there has been little demand for a larger size. The product has a comparable cost (or cheaper) than other brands at £27.99 including free delivery. The average cost of a new patio in the UK is currently between £80-£160 per 1m2, it is unlikely any cleaning product would exceed the value of the patio. This product covers up to 8m2 per litre which is £3.50 per m2.

“The service was amazing, fast delivery and the product omg what an absolute gem off a product, I had cement haze from builder not cleaning up probably and it was sat there for a while until I used the porcelain cleaner it came off with no trouble at all. Very recommend product and can’t wait to use there sealer to sealer everything in. Thank you floorseal”
