“This is my 5th year of using Floorseals Porcelain Spring Clean solution. It simply removes algae, dirt, leaf staining and other organic matter very easily. Spray on leave a few minutes, agitate with a yard brush then wash off before it dries. Results are excellent. I will continue using it each Spring.”

“It works! I have a large Indian Sandstone patio that has a lot of black spot. Nothing I have used in the past has touched it. Black Spot Remover Plus has made a huge difference. Some spots will need more treatment and I did not have enough for the whole patio so I will have to order another 20 litres. It is very expensive, but it works.....”

“Put Simply The product does what it says on the label! Use this if you want to remove green- Moss it works. Be patient though its not instant ! Brown first as it dies then wind and rain do the rest.”

“Very happy made light work of cleaning my porcelain patio tiles, They had a lot of algae on after the continual rain and lack of sun. Only took one application and a little agitation halfway through the dwell time and rinsed away. Highly recommend this product and company excellent service. Many thanks.”

“Delivery was super quick but the weather has not been good, I have not used the patio cleaner before so will have to try that out then get the sealer on to bring the patio back to how it should look and that's brand new.”

“Does what it promises. We have recently revealed original Victorian Quarry tiles in our mid terrace house. We were toying with the idea of getting a cleaning company in for the job of cleaning the tiles which were heavily soiled and stained but decided to get a litre of Floorseal tile cleaner to see if it was worth doing ourselves. The product performed extremely well on our test area. We have since purchased 5 litres to get the floor done by ourselves. We also purchased the Floorseal tile sealer which we are sure will perform at its task in similar fashion. Very pleased with products.”

“I purchased the cleaning solution to rmoe mould, algae black spot. I used it on my concrete posts and gravel boards. They have come up like new. Very pleased with my purchase, I will definitely buy it again.”
