“Having had good weather conditions and having power washed the patio before the sealant arrived. Delivery was prompt. Having given the patio a couple of coats, which soaked in quite quickly. After pointing a 3rd coat was applied. All has gone well sofar, time will tell when the weather changes.”

“A great product and so easy to use . I was going to get my drive relaid and was told it would cost £8000 but I spent £135 on Floorseal and my drive looks like anew drive. Fantastic.”

“My patio, which is made of natural stone, has been afflicted by black spots for many years. A previous attempt to attack the spots proved fairly futile. Floorseal's product is certainly more effective, and has substantially improved the appearance of a section of the patio. However, it has not been entirely effective. Whether this is because of a failure of correct application, or the fact that the infestation has developed for twenty years, or that I was working in very warm conditions I do not know. Having tried it on my smaller patio first, I am now just about persauded that the improvement is such that it's worth having a go at the main patio. Would it be useful to supply more detailed info on the container regarding it's application I wonder, such as what weather conditions are likely to be most effective?”

“Cant folt the service, super quick delivery espacilly as i needed it next day, they could not say for definat it would arive next day as the service is 1/2 days but they made every effort to let the delivery driver know it was ergent and they could leave at my door. The product itself is great used this a few times and dose the job smashingly.”

“Bought the black spot remover after reading the recommendations online we moved into a bungalow and patio had not been cleaned for a long time the black spots were all over the slabs we applied the black spot remover and with a little bit of brushing they are better than new in fact, I ordered more so impressed with this product would definitely recommend it”

“I bought and used Porcelain Tile Eco Seal. The purchasing system is a doddle and delivery was as promised. It is extremely easy to apply, as long as your tiles are bone dry and no rain due for 24 hrs. It's really worth following the product instructions to the letter, and breaking the job down into eg 10m2 sections, and dividing the sealant up accordingly, to ensure correct, even coverage. It's the 2nd time I've used this product and it definitely keeps Its promises.”

“Brilliant service ! Fast and reliable delivery. Product excellent … terracotta tile sealer. It does exactly what I wanted. Used intensive tile cleaner first and then after a few hours applied sealer. Great result and shiny tiles.”

“We have a stone floor in our kitchen which after 5 years of use was looking grimy and not cleaning up well at all with usual cleaner. Two hours with the Floorseal products and our floor was like new again - it is now resealed and ready for another 5 years.”

“Very happy. Very easy to apply via microfibres cloth. Only took 1 coat and made the porcelain slabs look wet (colour’s looked enhanced) top stuff will definitely be using again.”
