“I did not feel any difference on the wall after i applied the product. One tub sill here not use.”

This is great news! The product used was a penetrating sealer for render. Its purpose is to make the surface water/stain repellent without any visual change including feel. This is precisely the purpose of the product as per the description on the product/website. The only product you can see or feel on render is a paint - which is a coating not a sealer.

We are not sure which product you are referring to, please advise. If a cleaning product has been used on a resin driveway it is likely to have cleaned the surface exposing a mark which previously existed - the most likely culprit being oil. Possibly the beginnings of black spot lichen which requires a particularly kind of specialist cleaning agent.

“I bought it because it claims to "effortlessly remove black spot lichen" and to be "perfect for concrete". However, when it did not work despite following the instructions to the letter, scrubbing for hours and using neat, customer services told me that I would need a "dedicated black spot remover, even then, the process will be slow and require lots of product. The dwell time would need to be hours with product at full strength". This product has been mis-sold to me.”

Our products must have a cap which is reasonably tight to prevent leakage in transit. They are twisted anti clockwise to open. We can see from your 5 star review of the product you have managed to remove the cap.

“I am still waiting for my product, FedEx tell me it was delivered on the 13th may 2025, but it was not received by me or my partner so I do not know where they left it”

“Your choice of Parcelforce is rubbish, unlike other couriers who prop it against .y back door and take a photo, they are not allowed to do that. So I have to make a 14 mile round trip to sorting office.”

As Parcelforce carries liquid cleaning fluids/sealers they will not 'doorstep' the product as it is against company policy. They will normally make two attempts before taking to a PO for collection. Normally we automatically book the item back out for additional delivery attempts & ask for delivery directly to the recipient, neighbour & finally a PO. The PO should be within 3 miles of the recipients address. In this case your address was 1.5 from the PO that the item was ultimately collected from.
