“We ordered the Patio cleaner last year and it was amazing, you just have to be patient with the application. We ordered some more this year to clean our patio which is looking very dirty. The parcel arrived promptly but we haven't had the time to clean it yet.”

“Excellent product. Buy it every year to clean outside porcelain tiles. They look like new once cleaned. It's a bit expensive but well worth it. Delivery always good and quick. 👍”

“Really quich delivery. Product was competely effective and easy to use. Would definately recommend. Unfortunstely it did kill a few worms from the lawn abutting the patio. Response from sales office was prompt and helpful”

“After looking at reviews for various porcelain patio cleaning solutions, I finally decided on Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean because the reviews were far better than for cheaper cleaners. It was well worth the extra cost. The patio looks like new when it was laid in 2022. It just needed that extra help rather than just the soap and water we had used previously, with a lot less effort. We are very pleased with the final result. Would recommend and have done already to our friends.”

“Thank you for your excellent service. The sample of Natural Stone Sealer Wet Look which you promptly provided was simple to apply and it provided a richer colour with a sheen finish. However the intensity of the richer colour was not as much as I had hoped. I would like to have a colour closer to that when the untreated slate is wet. If you have a product that will do this, I would be most grateful if you could send me a trial sample of it to see if it will provide the finish that I would like to have on my slate floor. Thanks again for your prompt and excellent service. Malcolm Kemp”

“After years of trying different products, last year we tried Floorseal Intensive block paver cleaner and have just done our yearly clean of driveway and patio and are so happy with the product. Even black spots we couldn’t get rid of in the past are gone and now passing people are asking when we had driveway installed although it’s 10 years old. Very satisfied customer and will only use your products in the future. Please keep making it 🤞”
