“I would recommend the Black Spot Remover Plus. My patio hadn’t been cleaned for over 5 years so it was a good test for the product. It removed 90% of the black spot in one application. There were a couple of patches that are particularly stubborn, but another spot application will fix that. Follow the instructions by Floorseal and you won’t go wrong. Top tip: Apply on a cool overcast day. This eliminates the risk of the product drying out before it has time to work.”

“I used your own black spot remover plus last year and was really pleased with results, I’ve just used patio cleaner plus on the same Indian stone and the results are no where near the same , I ordered the patio cleaner plus because I had no black spot but I wish I had ordered the black spot remover plus again”

“It has very nearly done what it promises and is certainly more effective than any similar cleaner. There are however some remaining black spots and I shall try a second application on about 5% of the sandstone in the hope of shifting them .”

“After one coat applied with wide bristle brush, the exposed brick and mortar was sealed. Applied a 2nd coat as there was enough left over. Well worth the money. Doesn’t leave the brick with a wet look either.”
