“I purchased 10 litres of black spot remover to clean Indian sand stone paving .I didn't hold much hope,as paving had never been cleaned, paving had been put down in 2020 .so gave it ago and the product actually works.....paving looks as good as the day it was put down would definitely recommend. Many thanks phil and fiona”

“After trying PVA on a newly laid garage floor that had suffered water damage due to hole in tarp, the PVA just sat on the surface and peeled off so after a lot of research found Floorseal whom I emailed for advice and used their concrete floor sealer which after 2 coats combined the concrete together which meant no more dust. I used 2x5lit bottles on a 15m2 floor. Its also worth signing up to their newsletter as you get a discount code to use. My order arrived within 2 days by DPD. Wonderful service and a great product can highly recommend them.”

“I bought a this product for my block paved driveway and to be honest it didn't look much different after using it however I used what was left on my patio slabs and that looked amazing”

“The product worked perfectly. I recently moved into a newbuild house and dust was constantly coming from the garage floor. I bought 5 litres and this did two coats. It was very quick and easy to apply using a roller. No more dust. The floor is sealed. Perfect result.”

Our products must have a cap which is reasonably tight to prevent leakage in transit. They are twisted anti clockwise to open. We can see from your 5 star review of the product you have managed to remove the cap.

“Ordering was so easy and punctual with next day delivery. The product, black spot remover was incredible. I have tried all sorts to remove black spot but nothing worked. I applied my purchase as directed and was amazed after 30 mins. When completed my patio Indian stone is like new. Unbelievable. Thankyou.”

“I purchased the porcelain tile sealer to freshen up my patio, the product came quickly and wss easy to apply my only negative was the application microcloth which is not particularly well designed and kept coming off the applicator shaft other than this inconvenience would certainly recommend for tired porcelain patios”
