“It has very nearly done what it promises and is certainly more effective than any similar cleaner. There are however some remaining black spots and I shall try a second application on about 5% of the sandstone in the hope of shifting them .”

“After one coat applied with wide bristle brush, the exposed brick and mortar was sealed. Applied a 2nd coat as there was enough left over. Well worth the money. Doesn’t leave the brick with a wet look either.”

“This is my second purchase, it’s absolutely fantastic I have a white floor and 2 dogs. It’s the only product that actually cleans properly. The customer service, is outstanding they were so helpful when I called up for advice. I would highly recommend this product, and it’s lasts ages.”

“I’ve looked everywhere to find something to clean my porcelain tiles in the bathroom Nothing work I’ve used floor seal on a section and it’s come up like new I left it on long than required , it needs a little elbow grease on the stubborn areas but it’s come up a treat Amazing stuff”
