“Prompt delivery. And the product seems to be working nicely, gradually building up a sheen on some very worn old tiles (Needs several coats, but it seems to go much further than stated so that's ok.)”

This product was ordered on Friday at 9.43am, dispatched correctly on the same day, arriving on Tuesday morning at approximately 10am. This is within the 1-2 working day delivery SLA stated at checkout. Please always check the delivery timescale you select at checkout. The delivery was not a late delivery.

“Cleaned iron stains from porous sandstone paving where we had made mistake of using acid to remove marks left during construction. Rather worrying when orange stains turned purple during chemical reaction but after rinsing and scrubbing it did the job. I would advise cleaning the whole of flag rather than just the stain as there will be an edge to the area that has been cleaned. Did the job where all other cleaning agents failed. AI explanation was useful regarding type of stain.”

“I have really enjoyed dealing with this company for the following reasons: 1) Websites offer sensible recommendations, with clear instuctions for use of products 2) Reasonable product cost 3) Prompt delivery 4) Product performs as stated 5) No quibbles regarding return of unused products (if unopened) 6) Prompt reimbursement for returned product I would certainly use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending their services!”

“So glad I have found Floorseal, right from their customer service giving advice on different products right down to using the product itself. Based on all that, I purchased their Roofseal product first after I had cleared every bit of moss from one side of our bungalow roof, I then sprayed the product on which was really easy and after 24 hours when it rained you could see the water pilling on the tiles so I can only assume it's doing its job. Based on this the other side of our roof will be treated in due course. Because of the results from treating our roof I have now purchased their Breathable Brick Sealer & Waterproofer which will treat our gable end once I get a couple of clear days. Next spring we have already decided to purchase their Indian Sandstone Sealer & Colour Intensifier for our rear patio plus their Block Paving Sealer & Enhancer....Thank you FloorSeal.”

“So today was the big day - wood sealant on the new workshop (12x5m). Found this product on line (West Yorkshire company which is aways a good start!!) but wasnt sure it would work for me. Had a rapid reply reassuring me and explaining dosage rates and application method. kit worked easily and product went on simply...wait 10 years to see how good it is, although i will probably apply it more often than that Overall, an excellent experience”
