“Fantastic product used on porcelain slabsnwhich have been down for 4 years, plenty of black spots which have all gone. It also removed severe black staining feom vinyl garden furniture, brilliant stuff just like snake oil.”

“I recently purchased some black spot remover to clean my patio and it was fantastic, and did exactly what it said it would do. I only purchased a small amout to try it out, and have now brought another 10 litres to finish the job. Highly recommend.”

“This stuff works very well I was impressed. Used on 4 year old very light grey porcelain tiles that were heavily stained with black stains from leaves from a sycamore tree above. Stains wouldn’t come off with jet washer or other patio cleaner. Diluted some with water, sprayed clean water on before as instructed so tiles were very wet. Sprayed a small amount on and the stains just vanished in about 10 mins. Washed off with hose pipe didn’t need jet washer. Tbc what effects on plants in the surrounding bed are - has only been a few days since using and you can smell the bleach in this stuff even when diluted (by c. 1/3rd in my case and more given tiles were wet and used only a bit of diluted solution). But v effective on the tiles!”

“This is an amazing product, albeit expensive, but well worth it. It takes a bit of dedication to apply and to buff, but it goes a long way and has transformed our Indian Limestone. From previous experience, the slabs will now stay cleaner to longer and be less likely to get dirty and slippy in wet weather. Highly recommended.”

“I odered my Floorseal Indian Sandstone Sealer and Colour Enhancer following reviews and research into the available products. It arrived with 24 hours and was applied the next day. I initiially rollered the first coat on and whilst this gave great coverage was time consuming. I sprayed the second coat on and then rollered over the top which was much quicker. The results were immediatey visible with a richer colour emerging as the sealer was absorbed. I oredred 20 litres of sealer which was enough for me to do 2 generous coats on 90 square metres of patio and 40 square metres of a block paving path. I am very pleased with the results and will be intersted to see how teh sealer endures in the coming weeks and months. I would recommend this product so far.”

“I thought 5ltrs would have been enough, but floor absorbed first coat very quickly and needed another 5ltrs to finish job. Floor well sealed now no dust as before. Good product.”

“Order the stone seal. It arrived promptly and was very easy to apply with a roller. I used it before pointing and it worked really well with a second coat afterwards. Seems a really good product”
