“I must have read and re-read the "how to use" section 10 times, just to be sure. No rain forecast, tick, clean off any debris, grout and bird pooh, tick. I purchased 2 5ltr bottles to cover our 43 sqm of buff sandstone twice, poured the first bottle into the pump sprayer, and off I went, easy but being slightly bent over was a bit annoying, due to the short stem of the sprayer. Let it soak in moving from one slab to the next. Once all covered I left it the allotted time, thenwent round with microfibre cloths to take off the excess pooled areas. Niw the "hiw to use" diesn't say wether you should wipe or dab, I wiped, WRONG! I didn't find that out till later. Completed the 2nd coat as advised, using the 2nd bottle, and waited again, again I removed the excess and waited. The next day there visible patches of where I had "wiped" to remove the excess. So after 24 hrs had passed, I went back over the patches again, but this time just let the cloth pull up the excess moisture, completed the 2nd coat, same procedure again, letting the cloth take up the excess. After 24 hrs all is well with the world YAY! The sandstone looks great! It's brought out the colours but isn't shiny which is just what I wanted and just what the bottle promised. If I do it again in a couple of years, I'll definately use this again, but I'll use a roller, tray and long handle, much less back breaking. I only gave 4* because it didn't state not to wipe off the excess, not really the companies' fault, I should have thought about it more. Would recommend.”

“Large range of products, delivered quickly. Flagstone cleaner effective but sealant although probably effective left stone looking grey and dull, was hoping for something to make slight sheen and bring out stone colour.”

“The black spot remover certainly cleans sandstone paving well although scrubbing with a stiff hand brush was necessary to remove some marks. Would use it again when necessary.”

“This is a good product but it took three turns with increasing the concentration each time. It also takes quite a few mops to get rid of the foam afterwards. End product was a clean floor!”

“Ordering and delivery were very good. The product requires six hours without rain when used. As yet the rain has been more or less continuous so I am still waiting to use it.”

“This stuff works amazingly well. It's a shame it doesn't come with a sprayer. I tried it in various spray bottles but it's to thick to produce anything other than a single jet which makes application tiresome to cover even a small area.”

“My patio, which is made of natural stone, has been afflicted by black spots for many years. A previous attempt to attack the spots proved fairly futile. Floorseal's product is certainly more effective, and has substantially improved the appearance of a section of the patio. However, it has not been entirely effective. Whether this is because of a failure of correct application, or the fact that the infestation has developed for twenty years, or that I was working in very warm conditions I do not know. Having tried it on my smaller patio first, I am now just about persauded that the improvement is such that it's worth having a go at the main patio. Would it be useful to supply more detailed info on the container regarding it's application I wonder, such as what weather conditions are likely to be most effective?”

“It’s a bit messy to apply as so runny. Not sure what I expected so that is not a criticism. I had hoped too it would be more obvious where I had already been once it dried but did put up masking tape to show that. Again, that’s more my expectation and not a product fault or criticism. Need to decide if 2nd coat of this or just paint white which was the plan. Happy with it though, honest.”
