“This stuff works amazingly well. It's a shame it doesn't come with a sprayer. I tried it in various spray bottles but it's to thick to produce anything other than a single jet which makes application tiresome to cover even a small area.”

“My patio, which is made of natural stone, has been afflicted by black spots for many years. A previous attempt to attack the spots proved fairly futile. Floorseal's product is certainly more effective, and has substantially improved the appearance of a section of the patio. However, it has not been entirely effective. Whether this is because of a failure of correct application, or the fact that the infestation has developed for twenty years, or that I was working in very warm conditions I do not know. Having tried it on my smaller patio first, I am now just about persauded that the improvement is such that it's worth having a go at the main patio. Would it be useful to supply more detailed info on the container regarding it's application I wonder, such as what weather conditions are likely to be most effective?”

“It’s a bit messy to apply as so runny. Not sure what I expected so that is not a criticism. I had hoped too it would be more obvious where I had already been once it dried but did put up masking tape to show that. Again, that’s more my expectation and not a product fault or criticism. Need to decide if 2nd coat of this or just paint white which was the plan. Happy with it though, honest.”

“I bought a this product for my block paved driveway and to be honest it didn't look much different after using it however I used what was left on my patio slabs and that looked amazing”

“Bought the block paving cleaner and mixed 1 :1 as advised on the label. You can smell the product working when it's applied. I left it an hour then wet water brushed it. Looks a lot better and 1 5 litre tub went a fare way. Will order the sealer next after i re sand the joints”

“I used floorseal for the first time as a spring clean for a pocelain patio. I followed the instructions and was very delighted to find that, after rinsing off, the product left my patio looking like new again. I shall be using Floorseal again next year.”

“A prompt efficient service, thanks. Just applied your Slate Sealer product to my kitchen floor after many hours spent cleaning off all the old seal layers. Easy to use, applied the two thin coats an hour apart as stated and it looks very nice with a nice sheen to it. I'm hoping the surface won't scratch up like previous sealers I have used and that it's tough and will last well. Time will tell, but so far I'm optimistic. If it's still looking good in a year I'll make it five stars!”

“So far so good....applied solution by spray and wiped off the ceramic tiles. Treated areas behind hob and sink unit. Would have preferred a solution which could be brush applied so l could have treated the grout areas only. Will advise in 6 months hoping no discolouration has occurred to treated grout areas.”

“I cleaned the sandstone and applied the sealant as per instructios. I am delighred with the finnish but reserve further comment until next spring when i can see how it has weather. Feel free to contact me in March 2023.”
