“Firstly, I ordered goods from Floorseal at 2pm and they arrived the next morning. I bought a series of products but so far have only used the patio+ cleaner. I used this on very dilapidated exterior travertine. Some of the worst areas needed a second application. The result was way beyond my expectations. The paving looks like it's new. Easy to use too. Hugh”

“I bought a patio cleaner to deal with some very unsightly black stains on my porcelain patio. They hadn't budged with cleaning with pressure washer. The solution easily lifted out the stains, faster than the instructions said. Very impressed - thank you.”

“Excellent service and great product. Used it to clean off some porcelain patio tiles, I didn't even need to scrub the surface, the Floorseal removed it by itself after 10 minutes. Would highly recommend.”

“I wish I’d taken a before photo so I could let the results speak for themselves. I know so many “reviews” are written by bots but this one is genuine. This product was bought for our limestone patio which had suffered with the usual detritus from a very wet winter. Wow, within an hour it was back to its original glory. I’ll not buy anything else again. Thanks to your team”

“I would recommend the Black Spot Remover Plus. My patio hadn’t been cleaned for over 5 years so it was a good test for the product. It removed 90% of the black spot in one application. There were a couple of patches that are particularly stubborn, but another spot application will fix that. Follow the instructions by Floorseal and you won’t go wrong. Top tip: Apply on a cool overcast day. This eliminates the risk of the product drying out before it has time to work.”

“I used your own black spot remover plus last year and was really pleased with results, I’ve just used patio cleaner plus on the same Indian stone and the results are no where near the same , I ordered the patio cleaner plus because I had no black spot but I wish I had ordered the black spot remover plus again”

“I’ve used the biocide and that did an amazing job on a very dirty roof, black spot remover very good, and I’m hoping the soft washing render cleaner does a good job for me I’m sure it will, my go to products 👍”
