“Happy with the item a bought, but sad I didn’t get any samples as usual. The reason I chose to purchase from you rather than a competitor (as price very similar) was you you always send samples, which has lead for me to go on and buy full size.”

“, i am really unhappy with the kerastase genesis shampoo i purchased. I used it once and have had a itchy scalp for over week. I have seen that kerastase offer a 30 day return if you do not get on with the product. Please advise how i do this? Many thanks Rachel Clarke”

“I have ordered from Flawless Body many times & have always been impressed with the smoothness of the transaction. My recent order was delivered in optimum time as usual, however, there was an August offer of extra samples but sadly they were not included with the order. Slightly disappointed to say the least but not to worry as I will still continue to shop with yourselves!”

“Flawless Body as a company are excellent. However the product I ordered - Skinade - has given me the worst bloating and upset stomach that I cannot finish the months supply I bought. Expensive mistake ☹️”

“The delivery is fast. Good range of products with competitive prices. Customer service is a bit slow - when I emailed them a couple of enquiries, so far they addressed only one. Also, misleading on promotions. My order was supposed to come with 4 travel size bottles of an additional product. Unfortunately they delivered only one. When I emailed them asking to rectify the error, there was no reply.”

“It would have been better experience if there’s a tracking system of the delivery. I wasn’t sure if the order was received so I had to contact phone and email to confirm.”

Thank you for your feedback. Actually we use DPD for orders and they email several times and also text so you can track, delay or divert. In your particular case we can see that the number entered is a landline which cannot recieve texts. As you haven't recieved emails from us or DPD we suspect they maybe in your spam folder. We are glad the team were able to help you when you rang.

“I was delighted with the speedy delivery of my order but was sent two tubes of 200 ml instead of 2 bottles of 400ml. I have been charged at the 400ml price and after speaking to a member of staff am awaiting a call back to confirm whether a 400 ml will be sent or a refund. I hope this will be satisfactorily resolved as I would like to purchase from Flawless in the future. Gloria Birch”

“Good price, a little disappointed it didn’t come as next day delivery as advertised especially given the carrier used. Actually turned up 4 days later (granted I ordered late Thursday and it didn’t arrive until Monday- weekend etc etc) Boxes weren’t in best nick either”

“I have been so happy with the speed at which the products are delivered and have used your company for a while now to buy online purchases. However I have just opened a damaged box of C E Ferulic by skin ceuticals. I have just spoken to one of your team who was very helpful so I expect it to be resolved quickly.”

“Delivery was quick and efficient. On receiving my product (double defence - silymarin cf and spf 50 sunscreen), the packaging inside was ripped in several places. For the amount of money I paid for the product, I expected everything to be perfect and of a high quality.”
