I was delighted with the speedy delivery of my order but was sent two tubes of 200 ml instead of 2 bottles of 400ml. I have been charged at the 400ml price and after speaking to a member of staff am awaiting a call back to confirm whether a 400 ml will be sent or a refund. I hope this will be satisfactorily resolved as I would like to purchase from Flawless in the future.
