“I am very disappointed by the customer service of this company. I was trying to place an order and pay with paypal option. The website had issues connecting to paypal (this was confirmed by paypal’s end) however, I was charged money but the order disn’t go through. I claimed first with paypal, then with my bank which told me that I was charged and the money went to FlawlessBody. I still haven’t been reimbursed. The company is discharging their responsibility and didn’t even ask me for any proof, they just denied a refund. If you read this review, I do not recommend buying from them if you don’t wanna risk your money in case some problem arises.”

Thank you for your review. As per our email exchanges the sale did not complete and no money was sent from Paypal. When you placed the order on your card it went through. We suggested if money was taken you open a case with Paypal. This is the best way to resolve this if money has been taken as Paypal can and should reverse this for you. We have checked again and we have no payment detail I am afraid. Whilst this is frustrating we are sure Paypal will be able to resolve. We also checked and did a test transaction at the time and the website was working fine. We hope you get it sorted.

“Product arrived in good time. Although everything seems to be in tact, the boxes that the bottles are packed in are nearly all broken. These are the Skinade boxes not the packaging boxes.”

Thanks for the feedback Vanesa. To qualify for the free gift you need to spend £175. As you only spent £95 this is why it was not included. The small product is a sample we always include with orders. We hope that clarifies things.

“I ordered 2 tubes of Clinique face scrub on Feb 12 and they arrived 12 days later, on Feb 24. I found that to be unusually slow delivery. Normally, one would expect delivery within 5 business days”

Hi there Sorry to hear this. Unfortunately we think you have the wrong retailer! We do not sell Clinique. The product from us (Triple Lipid Restore) was ordered on the 17th Feb and was delivered on the 19th Feb at 12:33pm. We pride ourselves on ensuring fast delivery as we know people want to use their products as soon as possible.

“I hadn't ordered this before I normally have the travel sachets which are much easier to take. The 'clear' sachet is too much trouble and takes so long to mix and never mixes properly anyway and then you have to take two tablets. So not impressed. I don't like too many options just a simple daily dose to help with skin, joints, nails and hair.”
