The delivery is fast. Good range of products with competitive prices. Customer service is a bit slow - when I emailed them a couple of enquiries, so far they addressed only one. Also, misleading on promotions. My order was supposed to come with 4 travel size bottles of an additional product. Unfortunately they delivered only one. When I emailed them asking to rectify the error, there was no reply.
