“Item Ordered: “300mm Basket Sizing: To suit 300mm External Cabinet Size Baskets supplied are 190mm wide, with runners taking up remaining 60/70mm of internal space. Customer service poor, would not use again.”

“I ordered a shelf unit which turned up completely broken. It arrived in a large box with no padding or reinforcement to protect the contents. I wrote to customer services who still have not replied to me almost a week later. Very disappointed.”

“I'm returning it. Ordered 2 complete sets and all I got was 2 of evetything! I have a big issue with things that are advertised with 6 (SIX) lights in every picture but apparently if you read the smallprint the quoted price is for just 1 light!”

“Bought some wire baskets from them - however the instructions on the website were not particularly clear and I had made a mistake with understanding the measuring. Had to return the item and have never had to deal with such a rude, dismissive and obnoxious person in Customer Services. The company clearly needs to understand the meaning of customer services and train their employees to an acceptable standard which this was far from. The gentleman I spoke to refused to give me their name and could not have been more unhelpful or dismissive had they tried. If you dont mind being treated like an idiot and spoken to in a derogatory manner then by all means use them, I certainly won't again and nor will my builder.”

“We placed an order for a single spice rack (the first time we had used this company). We received emails to say the order was processed and completed. Should have been sent out on next day delivery. A week later we called the company and they said they couldn't find the order and that they had not received it on their end, even though we had made payment.”

“Bought what we thought was a very good quality corner cabinet sliding rack-spent the extra as weve seen so many bad ones at freinds and families houses. it was fine for almost 2 years but has now dropped at the front, so when you open it the whole thing droops-its obviously not designed/manufactured well enough to take the weight of the door, let alone the items stored.”

“Brought an LED mirror from this company, all was ok until it stopped working. Its take over six months to get my money back and only because I took them to HM Courts and Tribunals (Small claims) I have been told by them that the mirror did not have a guarantee, so I contacted the supplier who told me that the guarantee was 5 years. Lots of unanswered emails, mirror was sent back but no replacement was ever sent. Lots more unanswered emails and even through they said they had issued a refund, no money until I took it further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Despite my billing address being the same as delivery address on the invoice, the address on the packaging was completely different, not even the same town (Lower Bebington). I got a phone call to say it had been delivered there and I had to drive to go and pick it up. The package was damaged and left outside of a block of flats.”

“Misleading Information, Forced to Pay Extra VAT Their website stated "Tax is included" clearly at multiple points during the buying process, and even at the time of checkout. As an Irish customer, I thought this was a smooth and hassle-free transaction. Imagine my surprise when I received a 0% VAT invoice after completing my purchase. To make matters worse, I was then forced to pay VAT by Irish customs upon receiving my order. When I contacted FittingsCo to resolve the issue, they deflected responsibility by claiming it was a UK/EU problem. I am extremely disappointed with FittingsCo's misleading information and poor customer service. I ended up paying more than I initially anticipated, and it seems they have no intention of rectifying the situation. I will not be doing business with FittingsCo again and advise others to be cautious of their "Tax included" promises.”
