“Bought some wire baskets from them - however the instructions on the website were not particularly clear and I had made a mistake with understanding the measuring. Had to return the item and have never had to deal with such a rude, dismissive and obnoxious person in Customer Services. The company clearly needs to understand the meaning of customer services and train their employees to an acceptable standard which this was far from. The gentleman I spoke to refused to give me their name and could not have been more unhelpful or dismissive had they tried. If you dont mind being treated like an idiot and spoken to in a derogatory manner then by all means use them, I certainly won't again and nor will my builder.”

“We placed an order for a single spice rack (the first time we had used this company). We received emails to say the order was processed and completed. Should have been sent out on next day delivery. A week later we called the company and they said they couldn't find the order and that they had not received it on their end, even though we had made payment.”

“Ordered handles 9 days ago and still not received them even though it said they were in stock. No dispatch email as of yet, no reply to emails sent. If they aren't in stock, at least let me know of the time frame.... just common courtesy and I'm sick of covid 19 being used as an excuse as I have had no problems with any other companies. Avoid!”

“We ordered worktops and one was sadly damaged upon collection but this was quickly put right. We were told if we could use it (we had cuts and could go round the damage) we would be fully refunded and if we couldn’t another one would be ordered to replace. When we enquired about a £30 cutlery tray we were offered this for free as an apology and it was delivered the next day by a really polite delivery driver who even waited so I could check I was happy with it in the draw. When things like this happen it’s all about putting it right in the best way you can and these guys went above and beyond so give them ago as they were also the cheapest for the same items from all other retailers I checked. THANKS Fittings Co for looking after us.”
