Ordered items they took money no items have arrived think it’s a scam site they give you royal map tracking code but royal Mail never receive the items and no answers to e-mail do not use this site

I ordered cam dowels 24 mm by 8 mm but received 24 mm by 6 mm and they refused to refund me or send a correct replacement. Please avoid this company.

This is because we still haven’t received the product which was supposed to be delivered last week Wednesday the 1 of December by yodel and still can’t track it or find out what is happening. Not very happy at all.

I am still waiting on the customer service to directly respond to my query. I bought an item falsely advertised in terms of sizes and they now want me to pay for shipping back I order to get my refund. The cost of shipping will be short of £15 and the item cost 35£...If I don't hear anything back from them before Friday December 3rd I will contact citizens advice to help me with dealing with this issue.

The product I ordered was fragile and the packaging arrived so damaged that I couldn’t properly remove the product from the box. The customer service ‘team’ sounded like a couple of teenagers and were extremely rude and unprofessional and insisted that I should pay for returns of the item. Any other company would send fragile items properly packaged with packing inside but this was just in a plastic bag.. Looks like cheap rubbish and won’t be buying from them again!

Best of luck with these guys. Didn’t match the specifications but I have to send it back at my expense. They are not the only supplier so why buy from them?

Absolutely rubbish, paid for item was promised 24-48 hour delivery, no items delivered contacted them on 4th day and they said item wasn't in stock. Thanks for letting the customer know... had to let down builder. Disgusted

I made a decision to buy from them on the basis that they offered 14 days free return. Out of 6 items I wanted to return 2, in exchange for 1 new additional item. When making my intentions known to them, I was told I need to pay for the return despite letting them know I felt mislead as a result. Their unapologetic reply was:Yes free returns are based on the product being damaged or defective Their kitchens pull out wire baskets may be beautiful and seemingly of good quality but do ask yourselves at what cost if you need to pay for returns / exchanges and in my case delivery for the new item ontop of.

Not impressed with returns policy as item didnt fit, was within 14 days. Day 2 I believe and charged for the pleasure of sending it back.

The wire baskets were very nice but the wrong size compared to what was advertised on the website. I had to return them. Its now been 5 days since they were received by FittingsCo, but they haven't been in contact to discuss either a refund or preferably a larger size. Their phone system doesn't work (I tried 4 times), and they are not responding to emails.
