Misleading Information, Forced to Pay Extra VAT Their website stated "Tax is included" clearly at multiple points during the buying process, and even at the time of checkout. As an Irish customer, I thought this was a smooth and hassle-free transaction. Imagine my surprise when I received a 0% VAT invoice after completing my purchase. To make matters worse, I was then forced to pay VAT by Irish customs upon receiving my order. When I contacted FittingsCo to resolve the issue, they deflected responsibility by claiming it was a UK/EU problem. I am extremely disappointed with FittingsCo's misleading information and poor customer service. I ended up paying more than I initially anticipated, and it seems they have no intention of rectifying the situation. I will not be doing business with FittingsCo again and advise others to be cautious of their "Tax included" promises.
