“Had to amend as for some reason my review was given 5 stars! The handles are very nice but were not the brushed ones I ordered. Had not heard anything from this company for 9 days after sending 3 emails. Then all of a sudden they are dispatched and arrived the day after, pity they were the wrong ones. No apology for lateness or for supplying a different item. Amazing how the ones I ordered were then taken off the website! Abysmal customer service, would not recommend this company to anyone”

“Ordered handles 9 days ago and still not received them even though it said they were in stock. No dispatch email as of yet, no reply to emails sent. If they aren't in stock, at least let me know of the time frame.... just common courtesy and I'm sick of covid 19 being used as an excuse as I have had no problems with any other companies. Avoid!”
