“Ordering simple, delivery very quick. Given 5 at the moment because waiting for fitter to come and fit the unit. Come back to me then and I will be able to review the unit itself.”

“Instructions very poor which made assembly difficult. Getting the shelves to fit was a nightmare. Delivery was very prompt, earlier than quoted. I couldn’t find anything on line to assist assembly, a video would have been invaluable.”

“Product seems ok but find the instructions VERY poor. Trying to get the screws into the base and top sections in a 300 mm cabinet is VERY difficult. I couldn’t find anything on line by way of clearer instructions.On a lighter note the delivery was very good and arrived the day after ordering. Only time will tell about the mechanism itself.”

“A lack of basic instructions and parts explanation made the installation of these drawers difficult - I ordered two drawers and neither had any instructions or templates. The drawers are great but the fitting mechanism to the runners are not the best and move too much for my own personal liking. However, the drawers represent reasonable value for money and the customer service was excellent when needed.”

“I ordered this cutlery insert as the property being let out hadn’t been provided at the kitchen fitting. I was pleased to see this product was available and appeared sturdy and well made. The reason for the average score is that I’ve not had opportunity to see the fit for myself.”
