Purchased a set of dumbbells, which were shown on a rack. Dumbbells are fine but didn't come with the rack. Therefore taking up much more room than expected, and not as tidy to store.

I would rate higher as good value when impaired with other beginner dumbbells. How’re, I had a metal splinter from the poor finish of the thread on the handles. Continued use has worn off any further flakes though.

Paid for next day delivery parcel was split up and I didn’t receive the whole order next day- needed all the parts of the delivery to be able to use the item so I had to wait. I contacted them and asked if I could have my delivery cost refunded as it didn’t do as I paid for and no one ever replied to me and I didn’t get my delivery fees reimbursed either. Product was fine and to be expected.

Placing the order was the easy part. The delivery and assembly charge is astronomical. I wouldn’t mind if it had been done properly. All packaging wasn’t taken away or unpacked. The placement of the equipment wasn’t correct, too close to the window, so we have had to try and move this heavy equipment. I had paid extra for the weight storage equipment to be put together. Initially the guy told me it wasn’t on their paperwork and they didn’t have the time to put it together and I should get in touch with the branch I bought it from. He went away and came back a few minutes later to say it was in another piece of paper. If I hadn’t have said anything they would have left without putting it together. I paid nearly £400 for this service so you can imagine I was expecting a much better service.

Been making purchases for over 20yrs with no complaints however quality in recent purchase was not upto standard given the price & getting hold of anybody is a joke. Please don't give me the Covid excuse as everyone has a phone they can work with.

When purchasing the crosstrainer, I wasn't made aware of the fact that there was an option to buy a charging cable, which needs to be purchased from America. So, I'm stuck using batteries, which obviously works out more expensive.

I’m overall happy with my treadmill but the customer service is not great, I understand the troubled times we are in but you would expect a better service for a company that has classed It’s self as a leading retailer in with the fitnesses industry. When my order was placed I received a email stating I need to contact them due to my order not being successful, unable to call them I emailed to which I still never received a reply, later the same day I received an invoice but was unsure if my order was processed or not due to the previous email. Within a few days, the day of delivery came along with a text informing me of my 2 hour deliver time which to my surprise did not turn up, I received a text informing me my item was not placed into the van. I sent an email to which wasn’t responded to, I received my item 3 days later after someone contacted me to give me an update.

Good experience in store and very happy with the kit but after it was all setup I had a major so I emailed in and after 3 weeks not one response. I have managed to sort the issue out but I won’t use them again. Can’t rely on the after service clearly especially when you spend 2k on a treadmill

Both pieces of kit I purchased are, unfortunately, damaged - because of the coronavirus, I am stuck with them - for now. Staff in the Northampton showroom were great, Manager tried to rush the whole process when I bought.

The in-store service was good, although the number of floor mats calculation was short. Really impressed with the delivery timing which was bang on time and the two men who turned up appear to have done a very good job. However, assuming the operating handles are in the right position I am disappointed with the restrictive movements - the chest press for example is set too far back and the seated row has limited movement and reach. Finally, the leg press machine adjustment settings refuse to move.

Excellent equipment but delivery service very poor! Did not turn up on expected day (no contact until we called), cane the following week. Promised several phone alls to compensate but did not happen. Great equipment, poor service

I bought an ex display rower when I got it home the monitor isn’t working correctly. If it is replaced I will give it 5 stars if not 1 star

The product I ordered (gym mats) are absolutely fine. However, it was the delivery process which could have been better. I was told that I'd receive the items in 7-10 days. I chased after 10 days and was told that it would take another week. I chased after another week only to find that the order had still not been sent to the warehouse for dispatch. Ultimately, it took about 3 weeks (and me chasing) to get the items.

they are good to give you advice on which to purchase, but once you have purchased one they were much less friendly to sort out your other quires, e.g. duration of warranties etc.

Happy apart from the scratch on the cross trainer and thankfully the delivery turned up this time as they apparently broke down on the first attempt. Staff at Northampton and the two lads that installed the equipment were very helpful and pleasant.
