“Happy apart from the scratch on the cross trainer and thankfully the delivery turned up this time as they apparently broke down on the first attempt. Staff at Northampton and the two lads that installed the equipment were very helpful and pleasant.”

Hi Dean, Thank you for your recent purchase and feedback. The bar purchased on the given order number does not come with collars as standard and was advertised as not including these. Apologies for any confusion. Fitness Superstore.

“Purchased a display model stationary bike as it was reduced from £450 to £125 - Amazing deal. Was then told a few day later after purchasing that it was collection only. I was told if I purchased a new one that it could be delivered but was told it was only £70 more. Not a great bargain as I first thought. I still purchased it and it a sturdy bike apart from the speedometer which does not work. Left with bitter aftertaste!”

“We were dealt with great in the shop by Scott. Then it went backwards. Two week delivery. Install of rower and running machine great. But no instructions by the installation team. They left me two flat packs to put together .. I’m a little dissatisfied really. Then the Matt we bought was delivered but the one we were informed that came with the running machine has not surfaced yet. No replies either to the emails sent regarding this. When you think I spent nearly five grand in your store. Our experience wasn’t too good.. you need to up your game.. Regards Nev”

“In-store assistance with my purchase was good. I took the 0% finance option which was sorted with no problems. Also I had an extra £50 discount off the purchase price. All good at the showroom. However!!!!! Delivery was very late and I had to phone for update. To be fair the delivery guys did phone with a n expected time which was right. I would use again although with a more realistic delivery time . I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Delivery sorted out and made very quickly once I'd moved house. Really wanted a Bowflex M5 but allowed myself to be talked into the more expensive M7, which in hindsight I really shouldn't have done as the M5 would have easily sorted my needs.”

“Was very happy with items I bought from you the price was very good aswell the only thing I wasn't happy about is when I tried to order from you it kept saying in valued email which it ain't as I use the email address all the time and haven't had a problem with using it to buy other items from different companys so I had to phone up and place my order and payment details with you was happy with the person who took my order and payment so all in all almost perfect if I could of order the items myself”

“Sadly the first salesman I saw was pushy and abrupt, I was about to walk out, when I fortunately bumped into another guy who I'd spoken to on the phone earlier. 5 minutes later and I'd got the multi gym I wanted and a great deal to boot, Ever since then it's been plain sailing, the installation was smooth and the delivery punctual. I'm really pleased with my purchase.”

“The bike arrived well packaged but after I had the bike assembled and tried peddling to test it . I noticed a loud rubbing sound , which I immediately diagnosed as the main drive belt was after becoming misaligned. I am an Engineer, so I fixed the misaligned belt problem myself and the bike works perfectly now. Disappointed with the initial problem but looks and feels like a solid piece of equipment now.”

“Fast delivery. Not sure about the band, I ordered a medium but there is not much resistance, I am hoping that this improves with use and as I get better. I've since seen more bands like this at much cheaper prices. This one seems like good quality so hopefully it will last well.”

“Competitive pricing and professional service including installation, however, disappointment related to delivery timings as no flexibility to suit my needs and it caused inconvenience. Will think twice before ordering again other fitness equipment and would go with a company that works around the customer rather than another way round!”

“The product was very easy to purchase once I got in touch with the store. I do however, find your emails and 20 questions about entry, access, parking etc a bit too threatening with your ultimatums about charging for everything under the sun, if the information that I produced was not as stated. The guys who installed the equipment were very efficient though.”

However, the information given by the customer in the form is vital if we are to successfully complete installations on the appointed day. “The ordering process is cumbersome if you have to contact the store by telephone and I had an issue with the sales assistant who didn't even understand the free delivery policy. Arranging delivery is another hassle with more forms to complete and you then have to wait for that to be confirmed before they tell you when they will deliver. The only positive is that the delivery team are very good, polite and did a good job so I am now satisfied. Would I buy from them again, I can't say right now...”

“i had difficulty paying online - so while they offered delivery to a different address in fact the items had to be delivered to the address of the payee however when i got them on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and everything arrived safely wasted time on website though”

Occasionally for security reasons, banks and credit card companies do not allow products to be sent to addresses other than the billing address.
