Equipment was supposed to be delivered in june now august, still not had any confirmation of payment and no correspondence

My order took 3 weeks for me to receive as the delivery driver said I didn’t live in this area . Then I had to go an collect out of a depot

Well I purchased 3 items - and returned 2. And for those that I returned, I wasn't given a full refund? Mail stated: "Please accept this email as confirmation that the order has been partially or fully refunded. SagePay Refunds (How long does it take?). After a retailer has issued a refund, and confirmed this back through to you, funds can take a further 3-5 days to clear into your account. It is important to remember that once a refund has been issued and the funds settled back in to your own account that your bank have a clearing process that must be followed. If the funds have not cleared 5 working days after the refund has been issued, contact the business again to ensure this has been carried out. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused." I don't really see why it would be partially refunded (as it's not relating to there just being 2 of the 3 items refunded). The two returned products were £49.99 and £20.99 but the refund was £57.43. Shame, as I was intending to replace the returned Step products by purchasing a Bench - but haven't now pursued that avenue.

I am still waiting for my Olympic bar which is frustrating as I am not able to use most of what I have got. Once this situation is rectified then I would say my experience has been positive

Ordered over £4K worth of equipment and the service was dire. Communication was near on non-existent and trying to get a reply to email was horrific. When the equipment did arrive it had all been put on one pallet and crushed which potentially could of damaged the goods. Staff were so unhelpful

I was unpleasantly surprised by how my issue was just brushed under the table Until I spoke with James in the Manchester shop and he went out off his way to sort my issue Again thank you James If all staff dealt with issues as you did my rating would have been 5

Products are great. No issues. Friendly staff in store but the online customer service is garbage. I've emailed and called and contacted via social media and still no answer to my query.

Equipment excellent as was sales support prior to purchase.Unfortunately installers took accessories (chest strap etc) away with packaging and despite several emails I still do not know if I am going to receive this?

Unfortunately when ordering the item the screen froze at the payment step, I was unable to go back so had to close it and start the order all over again. The item was delivered ahead of time but that was fine. Then I received an email saying I hadn't paid I checked my bank account and the money had gone out. I emailed the company and explained only one item had been delivered and that the page had frozen earlier. They replied and thanked me. Then a week later I had an email from eBay to say I had an unpaid for item. There was no way of contacting them to explain the detail so it has been removed as a courtesy but remains on my eBay account as a bad credit. Be careful

I have specifically asked the sales advisor to check if my treadmill r belt require any lubrication which I was told no. Only to find out after 3 years of use the motor has failed and the feedback from service guy was it needs lubrication.

The kit is good value. There is no join up between the store (I happen to have one 5 mins away) and the on line service. Delivery process reminded me of a company from 10 years ago. Lots of disclaimers that it's not your problem, no delivery flexibility and then a failed delivery. You could be amazing, but you choose to be mediocre. I'd guess that you are missing follow on SalesConnect opportunities.

I bought an ex-demo exercise cycle. I know that the prices are collected, but I asked if it was possible to pay an additional fee to have it delivered I live 15 miles away from your store. I was surprised to be told this would be around £200 and I would be better off buying a new machine. I therefore said I would collect it and originally considered doing so on the Monday, but when I changed my mind to collect it on the Sunday I was told its a busy day for the store and there may be no one to help me carry it out of the department. I therefore enlisted the help of a neighbour and on turning up on Sunday morning there were no customers in the store at all.... I have to say, the product was good but the customer service was poor to the extent that it would prevent me returning to you store.

Dear Customer I can only apologise that you feel this way about the service in Chelmsford, I must say we do pride ourselves on the level of service we offer and its very unusual to receive negative feedback however I thank you for taking the time to give us an opportunity to have an insight into you’re shopping experience, With regards to the delivery charge unfortunately a Courier will not take an unboxed item so the charge is not relative to your location from the store but actually relative to sending a team from Northampton to the store and then to your property, With regards to the advice my staff have offered this is to avoid disappointment, Sunday can be one of our busiest trading days however as I’m sure you can understand predicting exact trading patterns cannot always be exact but are drawn from looking at trading history. We state that we may not be able to assist on a weekend if busy to try to avoid disappointment and potential poor service if you are left waiting if the store is busy, From speaking with my staff I understand you was offered help on the day however declined the offer, Moving forward we will take your points on board and again I can only apologise that measures to prevent poor service in this instance have caused you to have a negative view on my store and staff, Thanks Aran Pennick Multi Site Store Manager

The technical team were very polite and to some degree helpful. I purchases a horizon bike from fitness superstore and after just over 2 years there was a problem with flywheel. A technician did come to see this and changed the flywheel as the bike has a 4 year warranty. However he found other faults to. The extra parts were ordered and when they arrive he said he will come at agreed time. Unfortunately he fell ill so had to cancel. We agreed another time with the technical team for the technician to come but had to cancel that one due to a previous job complication...ok no problem.. it happens. Third time we agreed a time but as I am away, my wife took on responsibility. I received an email to confirm a delivery of ex display model which concerned me. After contacting fitness superstore I was told that the bike is not ex display and will be brand new-apparently something to do with ease of invoicing. When bike did come my wife found it is in fact an ex display model in which the technicians found a fault with console..IT DID NOT WORK! They took the "new bike" back and left the old one. My wife was then told upon contacting fitness superstore that it was definitely brand new and not reconditioned!!. My wife demanded that the replacement bike be a new one, in its original packaging and to be installed by your technicians at my place of residence in front of her. Again your tech team fobbed her off!!! They are supposed to come today with a new bike but only the good lord knows if they have. I was looking to purchase a multi gym from you guys in the new year but think I'll shop elsewhere now. When I do get back from my time off, if i get back to ex display replacement bike I will be in contact with you and give you my mindful so be really prepared!! AWFUL Absolutely AWFUL!!!!!

Item works well at good price. Service leaves something to be desired. Placed an order by phone but was never sent the e-mail for payment. Had to chase it up. Meanwhile lost delivery slot which caused delay and additonal cost.
