“This functional trainer is great. It is compact in comparison to another functional trainer, it does not feel like it, being 6’ 2” i can feel a good stretch on the exercise. The delivery was perfect. Friendly and understanding. And the packaging was so clean, not a single mark on the equipment. I would recommend this machine, and recommend the fitness superstore for the purchase.”

“Terrible. Issues with delivery and getting the correct parts, slow to fix issues, slow to communicate. We are a youth charity that received funding from Sport England to build a gym to help vulnerable young people get involved in sports. The sales team were great, but everything else was unworkable. We received two deliveries. The first one had broken parts. I contacted the sales team, but they couldn't help and directed me to aftersales. Four days later, aftersales got back to me and promised to send a new part. Two weeks later, I still haven't received it. The second delivery was even worse. The crew couldn't lift the pallet off the lorry, so we had to remove the parts one at a time. A box of weight plates was missing, which meant the cables couldn't connect, and the machine was unusable. I contacted them and emailed the details of the missing part and part number. After several days of chasing, they got back to me asking what parts I was short, which showed they hadn't read my message. After chasing them again, they claimed it would take 48 hours to look for the missing parts. And they would have to do a stock take, basically to confirm I wasn’t lying and trying to steal extra parts for some unknown reason. This went back and forth for a week before someone finally explained that they had found a problem in their system, and they had six extra boxes of the part I needed. She apologised and said she would send my parts for next-day delivery. This was yesterday morning, and now I've just received a delivery notification that it will arrive in three days. Absolute shambles of a company trying to take advantage of a charity.”

“Excellent multi gym with a great range of exercise options. Build quality is first rate, although just for personal preference I loctited the ball bearings into their housings with bearing fit to eliminate a little play and possibly prevent future wear. Operation is extremely smooth, the product looked great in the website images but is even better in person. With regards to assembly, this took a while as expected since there are a lot of parts. The instructions could have been clearer in places but not too bad. 90kg for the leg press isn't really enough but still a useful addition to the machine. Delivery was fast and on schedule. Overall I'm very happy indeed.”

“Absolutely awful service. Machine was damaged, paid for installation which was not completed and my property has been damaged too. After service has been terrible, limited response to emails and when it is I’ve had a link to the returns policy…. Which when I have paid for installation of damaged equipment is not helpful.”

“I recently purchased a Nordic track treadmill. The delivery was really good it was an ex demo treadmill so came fully assembled. The fitness superstore were very informative and worked really well to let me know what to expect. On the treadmill side it is a very large treadmill and extremely heavy not sure how it can have a picture of a lady moving it around by herself this is definitely not possible so anyone thinking of buying this treadmill should take into consideration it is very large and extremely heavy. But it’s great quality and I love it .”

“I’ve ordered from these guys 3 times. A home gym last year - all good. Some 24kg kettlebells this year - all good. And recently a ProForm treadmill. Their product support team was great, however somewhat let down by the manufacturer. Long story short, a broken treadmill has now been collected and replaced, but it took nearly 3 weeks. I’d use them again.”

“Purchased a set of dumbbells, which were shown on a rack. Dumbbells are fine but didn't come with the rack. Therefore taking up much more room than expected, and not as tidy to store.”

“I would rate higher as good value when impaired with other beginner dumbbells. How’re, I had a metal splinter from the poor finish of the thread on the handles. Continued use has worn off any further flakes though.”
