“Great team easy to contact... Able to understand the needs of the client. After a few simple questions are able to help you find the best equipment for your needs. Excellent service from the installation team... Very prompt and polite. My time was 0630am and the 2 man team arrived on time. I would definitely recommend for quality fitness and gym equipment. Very good prices!!”

“Good service / polite efficient staff. Only issue was that when we purchased the new treadmill in store we did state that we had an old one at home which we wanted taken away when new treadmill was delivered. The guys who turned up to install new one did NOT have any indication that they were required to take old tread mill away - they did take it any way with no argument but they were not informed at the time.”

“I bought an ex-display item which was delivered as promised. Everything was very easy and smooth. Excellent communication to keep me informed, very helpful staff, best price I could find for the exercise bike I was looking for - even if I had bought brand new, it still would've been £100 cheaper than elsewhere including Amazon. Can't ask for more really!”

“The showroom staff were very helpful but not pushy. Great to be able to try out the exercise bike before purchase. Staff had also been very helpful on the phone before visiting the showroom. The bike was delivered when requested and installed in a professional and efficient manner. I am extremely happy with the bike and am using it every day. Overall I would highly recommend Fitness Superstore Frimley and the installers.”

“Bench SFID325 just arrived some damage to box which can be expected as a box weighting 90 kgs and about 4 feet by 2 feet 2 feet with one man delivering it , see instruction on box ? . there was some damage where feet/wheels fit, the wood used as a spacer needs 4 corners or 2 where the opening is . The feet/wheels will not fit if the metal is bent. I have got over this. Also the bench will not make 90% without damage to the seat . The service on the phone is not the same as when you visit. When we came to Northampton the staff were very help full. But still waiting for the phone call back.”

“The Neptune AR rowing machine is everything that I expected, as my objective is to improve my overall fitness with low impact exercise, due to my age. Plus, have equipment in my own home & the discipline to use on a regular basis. My one concern was that with self-assembly it appears that the beam on which the seat runs had x 2off fixing holes for the rear foot/support and as shown in the brochure is suitable for either the Trident or Pacific fitting. But, I only had the single leg support as per the Neptune, but the bolt fixing hole was too small. I look forward to covering many metres of fresh water in the future months.”

“I was very impressed with the whole service. We went to the store in Tunbridge Wells, the managers product knowledge was very strong. He spent a lot of time with us helping us to choose the treadmill that best met our needs. I have medical problems & needed to ensure the machine would support this. Delivery was smooth & the two guys who delivered & fitted the machine were polite, helpful & took away all packaging. They ran through the machine & ensured it was calibrated & ready for use.”
