“I had a very good experience with Fitness Superstore. Ordered an ex-demo treadmill online. it was delivered in a week. clear communication of delivery. The delivery guys were very helpful carrying it into my house. Couldn't ask for a better service.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the equipment. The administration side was ok, although had to call to agree installation date. The time of installation was a bit impractical (i.e. from 6am) especially for a business when the location is not occupied. Otherwise the installation team were very helpful. Only one thing not dealt with, the Body Solid cable machine is still awaiting a replacement sign as the one delivered was damaged, please can you sort! Hopefully the equipment will prove to be a good standard.”

“The ordering process is cumbersome if you have to contact the store by telephone and I had an issue with the sales assistant who didn't even understand the free delivery policy. Arranging delivery is another hassle with more forms to complete and you then have to wait for that to be confirmed before they tell you when they will deliver. The only positive is that the delivery team are very good, polite and did a good job so I am now satisfied. Would I buy from them again, I can't say right now...”

“The wait to be given the installation date seemed unnecessary. We bought the products and it was 10 days until we received an installation date. We were told this would be the case I just think that it is possible to be given date at the point of purchase.”

“Was very happy with the weights set and rack overall. Customer service was also very helpful in dealing with my inquires about the shipping and surcharge rates which followed this purchase. Its was made very easy for me to pay the surcharge with this help. The weights set was of great value and I would definitely recommend this product and your company to potential buyers.”

“The service and products I get from fitness superstore are excellent everytime, the only problem I have is issues with the delivery which is another company, a text message and email service is giving you a date and time slot, the delivery time is missed and the delivery company then explains that the text message service does not work and their drivers have no idea of what time they should deliver a parcel by so my last parcel which should have arrived by 12 turned up at around 7 pm which meant I took a day of unpaid as I am self employed then to get a mouthful off the driver because I was not happy with the delivery time.”

“Fitness superstore sell a wide range of all the latest equipment at the best prices by far. I've made a few purchases and written up a review for which I received a money off voucher code for my next purchases. I would definitely recommend and will certainly be using them for more purchases in the future.”
