“I received a fantastic service from the guys in Tunbridge wells. I was aware of what they offered from searching online and happened to be in Tunbridge wells where I purchased a lot of equipment for my new gym in Leicestershire. I took the goods there and then and they even sent my Olympic bar by courier for delivery next day as I couldn't fit it in my van. Overall extremely pleased!”

“I recently bought (what i thought was) Weight Lifting Gloves. On my very attempt, I found the gloves had no grip, and in my opinion were not safe to use. The gloves however are ideal for dumbell weights, just not weightlifting. I was lifting a barbell og 15kg with 45kg either side and on the first lift there was no grip in the pivital area which is the fingers, the gloves only have grip for the palm which makes them unusueable for weightlifting. I found the gloves actually hindered my lift and made the lift unsafe. If you want to design gloves for weightlifting may i suggest extending the grip to all 4 fingers.”

“I had a good experience dealing with staff at Fitness Superstore after identifying the product I wanted on the website. Peter (in Northhampton) was very helpful and offered me sound advice on the 2 products that I was deliberating over. The purchase of the product went well, however the delivery (to Northern Ireland) could have been better. Two men came with the boxed treadmill without a forklift to remove it from the van. It was too heavy for three people to lift. Apart from the delivery being less than satisfactory, everything else was perfect. I am very happy with my T5 lifefitness treadmill and would definitely recommend the Fitness Superstore to any other potential customers.”

“Visited the Northampton warehouse staff were friendly and knowledgeable.Very pleased with all my purchases the Powertec leverage gym is of excellent build quality as are the accessories for it good easy to read instructions. Bowflex M5 also superb cant fault the service and delivery from Fitness superstore highly recommended”
