“Happy apart from the scratch on the cross trainer and thankfully the delivery turned up this time as they apparently broke down on the first attempt. Staff at Northampton and the two lads that installed the equipment were very helpful and pleasant.”

“Have made quiet a few orders now from fitness superstore. Always got what i ordered quickly wether one or two person deliveries. Never had any reason to send items back or raise issues. Good prices always guaranteed”

“I arrived at the building knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. I was met by friendly staff who knew what I wanted and helped me to process the order. I waited in reception whilst the warehouse operative picked my items and then I left. I couldn't really expect better than that. They had what I needed and the whole experience was pleasant. Thanks very much everyone!”

“I recently purchased the BH Fitness G152X Gym with Leg Press. The service was very good from the Northampton store which I rang, and all my questions were answered satisfactorily by helpful, friendly staff. The process of purchasing was explained clearly to me. The installation was arranged for a convenient date, and carried out with no problems by 2 friendly guys who tested the equipment prior to leaving. They also made sure I was happy with the positioning of it in my garage, and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with my purchase, but am disappointed I have not had a chance to use it as fully as I would like due to being on holiday and being diagnosed with tennis elbow, so going very carefully to give that a chance to heal. Still managing to do some leg work in the meantime. I cannot fault the service of B H Fitness, and am extremely pleased I paid the extra to get the gym set up for me as, although it only took the installers about 2 - 2 1/4 hours, it would have taken my husband and me an awful lot longer!”

“Equipment excellent as was sales support prior to purchase.Unfortunately installers took accessories (chest strap etc) away with packaging and despite several emails I still do not know if I am going to receive this?”

“Originally no delivery option i had to collect.. item too big for me, so asked stored managers and between them offered me a delivery option for a reasonable price. Thanks guys much appreciated.”

“The bike was damaged and i was told a new one would be delivered. i have written to the company but no response - very poor. I now have to use my time to chase you for delivering faulty goods.”

“lots of choice at the Frimley store and parking as well. Our sales advisor Olivia Emmerson was very knowledgable, polite and helpful with no pressure selling. We bought a Nautilus T628 treadmill and the whole family is extremely happy with it. Would defo go back to this Fitness Superstore.”

“A personal trainer friend recommended that we went to see Andy and his team at the store in Northampton and I am really pleased we did. It is probably one of the best fitness equipment showrooms I have seen and Andy was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to making our choices. We paid a bit extra to have one of their install teams who were excellent and very careful with the set up. We have ended up with a really great gym with really good good quality equipment and at pretty good cost too. Couldn't be happier.”

“I purchased the remainder of the equipment i needed for my new gym. Liam at the metrocentre store was very helpful and was able to ensure that i got the right bike and rowing machine as well as the weights bench. He organised everything including delivery and ensured i hadnt forgotten anything. I would recommend this superstore. the delivery we delayed for a month as we were still building the gym which was accommodated by the store.”
