“I bought an ex display rower when I got it home the monitor isn’t working correctly. If it is replaced I will give it 5 stars if not 1 star”

“The product I ordered (gym mats) are absolutely fine. However, it was the delivery process which could have been better. I was told that I'd receive the items in 7-10 days. I chased after 10 days and was told that it would take another week. I chased after another week only to find that the order had still not been sent to the warehouse for dispatch. Ultimately, it took about 3 weeks (and me chasing) to get the items.”

“The initial visit to the shop was fine , no problems at all . However I’m afraid it’s not been so good following the delivery band fitting of equipment; firstly they didn’t fix all the bits of equipment that they were supposed to ; for example I had to fix the weights bench myself ( not difficult to do however 1) I wasn’t expecting to have to do it , and 2) there wasn’t a spanner provided with it so I struggled to find one that worked . Also the blokes left all the packing - which was considerable - at my house which I have had to dispose of . Just really poor I’m afraid and I would not recommend them anymore”

“I had a really good experience in the Manchester store. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. This helped me in making a decision on the exact type of equipment I wanted (which was totally different to what I had gone in for) Good payment options and excellent delivery service. Overall I’m very pleased with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend visiting one of the stores before purchasing.”
