“Purchased a display model stationary bike as it was reduced from £450 to £125 - Amazing deal. Was then told a few day later after purchasing that it was collection only. I was told if I purchased a new one that it could be delivered but was told it was only £70 more. Not a great bargain as I first thought. I still purchased it and it a sturdy bike apart from the speedometer which does not work. Left with bitter aftertaste!”

“Recent purchase via Chelmsford Store of Body Power Strike Tube Pro XL and gloves for my partner. Attended in person to view and discuss as on line is fine but nothing beats the personal viewing and support offered by Abbie the store manager. Abbie took time to explain both pros & cons of options, together with showing genuine personal interest in the purpose of the purchase. Thanks again from a repeat customer. Kevin”

“Dreadful customer service. When they eventually answer the phone they don’t deal with your issue first time. It took several calls to get them to collect a delivery that wasn’t for me. The staff are really not very helpful”

“Ordered a treadmill and bike a month ago the treadmill arrived with two left arms so couldn’t be assembled . The service since delivery has been extremely poor no communication and we are still waiting for this to be fixed and assembled !”

“One of the fitters was dead grumpy, the treadmill was left with a scratch/ gouge to the console area. The machine wasn’t levelled up. And they left the gate wide open when they left. The slightly older guy was fine and the machine is fantastic.”
