“I had several discussions with members of staff, not only at their Ideal Home Show 2017 stand, but also later when visiting their Chelmsford (Mike) and Northampton (Jon) stores and I was able to sample the various Elliptical trainers on offer; everyone was very helpful. After finally deciding on the best model for my requirements and budget, Leila at Northampton handled the transaction very courteously and made it as painless as possible! When it came to delivery/installation, the two guys from FS took great care and completed what had been a very satisfactory transaction. Thank you Fitness Superstore - highly recommended!”

“I recently bought the Bowflex Max Trainer M7 from Fitness Superstore. I tried it out in the showroom and was able to compare it to the other two Max Trainer models they also had there. It was delivered and set up for me - and it's great. Getting fitter every day!”

“Being able to go & see different types of treadmills, ask question & try them out is of great value when buying anything. Jonathan was not pushy on the selling front & that always makes for a more relaxed & enjoyable experience. Delivery was a bit of a let down because I wasn't given accurate infor by the delivery guy who placed the machine in its box in the garage. My wife & I had a tought time moving the machine into the house. Had i known I would have insisted it was placed there by the delivery guys.”

“The product was very easy to purchase once I got in touch with the store. I do however, find your emails and 20 questions about entry, access, parking etc a bit too threatening with your ultimatums about charging for everything under the sun, if the information that I produced was not as stated. The guys who installed the equipment were very efficient though.”

However, the information given by the customer in the form is vital if we are to successfully complete installations on the appointed day.
