“We were dealt with great in the shop by Scott. Then it went backwards. Two week delivery. Install of rower and running machine great. But no instructions by the installation team. They left me two flat packs to put together .. I’m a little dissatisfied really. Then the Matt we bought was delivered but the one we were informed that came with the running machine has not surfaced yet. No replies either to the emails sent regarding this. When you think I spent nearly five grand in your store. Our experience wasn’t too good.. you need to up your game.. Regards Nev”

“In-store assistance with my purchase was good. I took the 0% finance option which was sorted with no problems. Also I had an extra £50 discount off the purchase price. All good at the showroom. However!!!!! Delivery was very late and I had to phone for update. To be fair the delivery guys did phone with a n expected time which was right. I would use again although with a more realistic delivery time . I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Went to FS after checking prices on-line for my own X trainer & realising they had competitive prices with a wide range of models on demo. I’d used gym models and family/friend home models & wanted my own. I went in to FS & tried out the items on my own research list. The Sales guy patiently took me through these plus models “either side” & found me a better quality unit at an “end of model” price which best suited my stride length/overall size. This unit is big, 100kg+, and the package only just fitted around corridor corners in our house. The delivery team turned up on time, skilfully manoeuvred the unit into place, quickly installed it and thoroughly trained me in it’s use. Altogether a very impressive purchase.”
