“I ordered this early in the Covid Adventure. Good service. I received a phone call explaining the social distancing measures. The treadmill arrived early in the morning before there were people around. It works well, and is a sanity saver.”

“The service at the store in Wandsworth was first class. Unfortunately the lockdown has meant that, although the equipment was delivered as agreed, there has been no installation and I haven’t been contacted with an installation date yet.”

“The order arrived very promptly. The assembly instructions for the Nordic track 11.5 cross-trainer were clear but the upright axel did not fit easily into the upright bushing on the right side (too tight) making it very difficult to centre the axel.”

“All the equipment has been brilliant. However one of the dumbbell handles is jammed and haven’t been able to use it all. I have sent an email but so far have not received a reply.”

“What can i say? They are open and highly competent. Made a promise and kept it very well. Equipment was a big purchase for me and the delivery guys did their best in the current circumstances. I do feel prices are a bit higher than they need to be but that's the way things are everywhere, I guess. Would use them again, though - can't argue with the product's quality and they kept their promise.”

“I recently bought the TuffStuff Six Pack Trainer home Gym from Fitness Superstore in Chelmsford. The staff were friendly and helpful, but also quite happy for me to review/test the equipment without interference. As I like to take my time, this was greatly appreciated. The product is excellent, albeit not the one I actually went in to get, but the instructions for self-assembly are severley lacking (just my opinion of course!). The store itself though - excellent service.”

“Very poor organisation and customer services, in store and on the phone. This company and its people are not prepared to deal with large orders and at peak times. On top of that you are not exactly the best in pricing!”

“Good experience in store and very happy with the kit but after it was all setup I had a major so I emailed in and after 3 weeks not one response. I have managed to sort the issue out but I won’t use them again. Can’t rely on the after service clearly especially when you spend 2k on a treadmill”

“Could’ve been 5, could’ve been 1 ! Strange times - so not a usual of fair time to review. Products great, prices spot on. Customer service obviously extremely stretched. We’re superb previously, so edged up to a 4.”

“Both pieces of kit I purchased are, unfortunately, damaged - because of the coronavirus, I am stuck with them - for now. Staff in the Northampton showroom were great, Manager tried to rush the whole process when I bought.”
