“Brilliant company to deal with, had a minor error on stock not showing after Waiting 1 month for it, but under current circumstances it was dealt with brilliantly by Chloe Miller!!!! Will definitely be using them again when required.”

“Had to wait a few weeks for it to be delivered because of the current situation but it was well worth the wait, I've been on it every day since it arrived its become an addiction. The saddle is not very forgiving so if your on a longer session it can become uncomfortable, hopefully this will improve as my ass gets smaller.”

“I have read a lot of negative reviews recently about the company. All I can do is give an account of my experience. I ordered a bike on the 27th March, just as lockdown started. Finance went through no problem and I recieved email notification. I sent an enquiry email regarding timescales and after several days I recieved an email which advised of the increased timescales for delivery. Looking on the company website, they had had a massive increases in order volume so lead times were increased (understandably). I received another email with an update about a week later, and then a notification of delivery shortly after. This occurred 2 weeks after ordering on the 10th of April and was done exactly on time by the companies own staff with no fuss or problems. Reading through some of the reviews people have left, it seems that many of them are grossly unfair. Expecting next day delivery and instantaneous responses to emails at this time is simply ludicrous, but it seems that many people still expect companies to treat them as if the customers are the only people who matter!”

“I ordered a rowing machine at the beginning of lockdown. A message on the website explained orders were exceptionally high and delivery dates would be longer than usual . My machine was delivered early. The men who delivered the machine were exceptionally helpful.”

“5 stars for the actual treadmill. Sole F63. Delivery service was rubbish. Not only was i left to take in a package weighing 125kg alone, which took 2 hours. Also putting it together, i managed it, alone. However, i did call installations team who put me through to some one who was willing to come over and install in and charge me double. The treadmill is great, disappointed with the service.”

“Not going to lie this wasn’t the treadmill I wanted but owing the the surge in people buying equipment I settled for this model as it was the only one in my price bracket. It was reasonably easy to build on my own (5ft female) it has good functions and is helping me maintain my sanity in lockdown. Good value but if you can afford to spend a little more it might be worth it.”
