“Hello, Only negative comment is that giving 10% discount on buying two bags but then putting them both into one box is not a great offer. They are heavy enough as it is and twice the weight is arguably over the health and safety maximum. I assume this is how you get your 10% back as carriage on one box is cheaper than two?”

“Excellent product - but let down badly by sub-standard packaging. The 'seals' are flimsy and don't adhere properly to the walls of the bag, often coming away upon opening, no matter how gently-done. This is not an inexpensive product - so deserves better care. As a very regular purchaser, I have reduced my previous 5-star rating to 4 due to the endless times I have had to use a peg in order to keep the product fresh”
