“Ordered 4 for a project. Arrived with a piece chipped off of one of the magnets, meaning it's not a good fit in the hole cut for it. Dissapointing”

“5 Stars for First 4 Magnets. Great customers service. Courier dropped off 2 of 3 parcels and when I informed the First4 office they wasted no time replying. Within an hour or so I had the reason why and assurances regarding next day delivery. Following morning I received an email saying 1 of 3 was out for delivery then another checking all was OK after it had arrived. My order was very small, a trivial amount, so the level of customer service given to it was both unexpected and welcome. Definitely a 5 star service.”

“They did what the website said it would. I ordered a rather small order to be delivered in 2-3 days and it didn't get lost, had nice recyclable packaging, appropriate packaging for hte actual magnets. The company have used first4magnets before and will likely use them again, it's usually our first port of call when we've thought of something new.”
