“I ordered some powerful magnets. In fact, the information leaflet warned that these magnets could crush fingerd. Well they are only strong enough to be used for paper on a fridge. My wife, who has arthritis in her hands could pick them off with her fingers. Not sure that the word Powerful refers to?”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Warnings are included with all of our magnets for safety and for guidance as to safe handling. In some cases, certain magnets like Neodymium will be more powerful, but magnets by their nature will want to attract to each other if placed closely together, and this is why we include a handy warning booklet.
The magnets you ordered are Ferrite that have a pull strength of 600g. Using these in a sheer position would provide just over 100g of magnetic pull, and this why they would seem less powerful in your application. Our team will be in contact to understand if these are unsuitable for your application and how we can make this a 5 star experience for yourself.
