“I like the wide selection of magnets. I have found exactly what I needed. But it was not simple. There is a search tool, but it needs improvements.
The delivery was quite fast (to France), taxes and feeds for export were not included, this is bit disappointing. Magnets that I import from China do not require any additional import duties.”

“Easy to use web site. What I ordered was exactly what I wanted. Very pleased with product and fast delivery time. I stuck magnetic tape to the backs of my gouache paint pans so that I can take a selection out, safely stuck to a metal paint tin. The tape is thin enough so I can continue to store paint pans in original box. Can make a different selection each time I go to paint outside. Thank you all.”

“Outstanding service, prompt delivery and wide range of magnet stock, our supplier of choice. One tip when using the smaller magnet eg: 15mm dia x 2mm thick x 4.2mm c/sink Neodymium Magnet - 1.7kg Pull, do not tighten the holding screw / bolt too much or the magnet may split in half.”

“Edit: I have received the magnets and refund on shipping, which I really appreciate since it is the thing that was not good. The magnet themselves are absolutely fine. Very nicely packaged, arrived in perfect condition. I kept the original review below.
Well, I ordered (and paid for) 8 days ago with "DPD International 2–3 days" shipping. I have still not received my order because instead of the advertised DPD, it was sent by regular post, which is slow. So no, I am not happy. Moreover, the email to write this review came from a 1) "no-reply" address 2) before the product was delivered so the system has two additional flaws.
Once I have the magnets, I can also review them. That is, if the system lets me update the review.”
Hi Jakub,
Thanks for your message. We’re sorry to hear about the shipping delay - a member of our team will be in touch to look into this further and get this resolved with you. Regarding the review invitation, this is sent automatically by the review platform based on the order date. Unfortunately, the sender address is managed by the platform, so we aren't able to change it or reply from that email address.
Kind regards,
