“Original rating was 3 stars. Wrote this: The magnets are great but I paid extra for next delivery on a Friday and the parcel didn't arrive until Monday. Even then, the DPD driver didn't knock. Just put a card through the door. You're only as good as the service providers you choose to use. PS. New rating = 4 stars. Adjusted to reflect the excellent customer service following me posting the original review. Refunded postage costs without me asking and emailed a couple of times to check all was in order. Impressive.”

“Little disappointed with the depth of pre-sale technical information. Person on phone tried to he helpful and read pre prepared scripts in answer to my queries. But she simply did not understand the practical application and use in a workshop situation. Not much help. 50kg lever magnetic clamp seems ok but switchable welding magnet poor in build quality and I doubt if it has the magnetic pull claimed.”
