“Second time I have used this company and have never been disappointed. The delivery was a bit later this time but that was my fault as I placed my order just at the start of the holiday period. Thoroughly recommend this company”
“This is the first time I have ordered from this company. The items were exactly as described, reasonably priced and delivered on time. Overall a pleasant purchase. We will definitely be using them again.”
“Great range of products, super fast dispatch, great communication, all good. On top of that, I had to speak to customer care yesterday (Issue with my ordering, not with them), and Michelle who I dealt with was absolutely fantastic. Happy to use again and recommend.”
“Phoned for advice in advance of purchase and received invaluable guidance. Following this my order was received very promptly and the magnets were exactly as described. Faultless.”
“On my 3rd purchase so far since about 6 months ago. Attracted by their prompt replies on specification questions from knowledgable staff so have stuck with them : )”
“No problem with order and delivery. Magnets were so weak it was a bit disappointing. They struggled to even move iron filings to show the magnetic poles of the magnet. UPDATE: A representative contacted us and offered to send out a different set of magnets that he felt would suit our needs better. I'm very impressed with the level of care first4magnets displays in ensuring their customers are happy with the products and service they receive. I'm happy to leave a 5 star review knowing that any issues customers have with their products will be resolved in a satisfactory manner.”
“Received quickly in the post. My only issue is 1 of the magnets is damaged, the other 3 are perfect. Edit - just been told a replacement magnet is being sent out so thanks very much for that.. great service”
