First4Magnets immediately responded with a reply to my review, sent me an email AND I received a telephone call from their customer service people. They immediately dispatched a replacement to my order, this time via tracked courier on next day delivery at no further cost to myself. My initial order didn't arrive through no direct fault of First4Magnets, rather than with Royal Mail. “Placing my order was seemless! Confirmation email was received quickly. The issue came up when I went to check the status of the order on the website, under my account. The website showed NO orders for me. I contacted Customer Support and Michelle answered within 24 hours. We determined that my order was in the system and being processed. However, it didn't show on the website because the web account was created by the system AFTER my order was taken. I suggested to Michelle that this be brought to the programmers' attention. In addition, a tracking code was provided within the email. But, there is no tracking with this type of order. I suggested to Michelle that the wording by changed both on the site and in the email to avoid confusion. Michelle brought both these suggestions to the attention of the appropriate staff and reported to me that they are working on it. That's what I call "Great Customer Service"!!!”
