“I was very happy with the advice and product. I was extremely annoyed when I checked my mobile bill and saw that the only phone number listed on the website is a chargeable number. That may be the mobile phone company?s charging, but I know plenty of companies that would not use such a number. I also know a bunch of companies that do use chargeable numbers and I don?t buy from them. It would be very simple to add a local area code number and point out to customers that they should use this if calling from a mobile. Or just change the number. Either way it?s not the 5 quid that matters, it?s the principal of it.”
