“yet again exceptional service. polite and helpful staff. Special thanks to Frazer Longmuir for his patience and helping me make the final decision on which car to pick. Working full time, having kids and grandkids I had little spare time to shop around for a new car. Frazer made this experience straight forward, simple and hassle free. Many thanks!”

“FVL are clear friendly and helpfull. They had answers to all my questions, never hummed or hawed over any stipulations and I have found their price to be the best that I could find. Everything went as discussed and I took delivery of the car with minimum fuss and maximum information and my expectations managed. Thank you”

We are sorry to hear about the mats, we are noticing that fewer and fewer manufacturers are providing mats free of charge now-a-days, which is a real shame. If you would like to contact your account manager they will be able to arrange a set from the manufacturer for you or recommend somewhere that might offer aftermarket sets cheaper. “I rarely send reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled. I just wanted to thank Ross for all your assistance, patience and professionalism in helping me with my new car. It was my first experience of leasing and most likely not my last (apologies for the stupid questions). We are over the moon with our new car. It was delivered within two weeks of ordering it which turned out to be the day after our previous car was sold - Perfect timing. The deal was so good I was waiting for something to go wrong. No such thing though. Seeing the two colour options together on the transporter during delivery also made me realise you were definitely right about the colour tip you gave me. Thanks again and hope to do business with you in the future.”
