“I have been using Firetext to message trial participants of a research project, and I am thoroughly impressed with their platform. Not only is it incredibly easy to use, but their customer support is fantastic. Whenever I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Their platform has made it easy for me to schedule and send messages to the participants and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a user-friendly SMS platform. Five stars all around!”

“Used FireText as an automatic text-prompting service for a research project I'm working on. The online scheduler is real easy to set up and manage, and works great - Would highly recommend it! “Very happy with the service we have received from the Firetext team from the initial discussions to the provision of our service. Our company is based in Sydney, Australia and when we moved to Itris9 last year we were keen to have two-way texting. Alannah at Firetext was excellent in sending through pricing and options for us. Despite being in different time zones, everything was managed well using emails and a Google Meeting. It's been nearly 6 months now and everything has been operating very smoothly - definitely recommended.”
