Excellent Customer Service If customer service is high on your priorities when looking to engage a company, I urge you to consider reaching out to FireText. We signed up some time ago and use the SMS platform regularly as its so easy to use. Today I received an email from Alannah in the Support Team reaching out saying she was looking at our account and asking if there's anything she could do to enhance our experience. I said everything was running smoothly but had an idea to maybe make a a couple of changes and I received a link by email showing me exactly how to make those changes.
