“import function needs more work, also I cannot add two contacts that have the same number, this is useful when IT needs to send a password to two children that have the same parent/mobile, rather than adding an extra column just for that one contact”

“Since moving all our children's classes online due to Covid 19, it was clear we needed help with the admin and setting up a fool-proof system to remind parents about their children's classes. Firetext has been totally brillliant, helping with the set up and any queries along the way. Customer service is wonderful and the whole system is perfect for our needs. I'd 100% recommend FireText to anyone.”

“Considering which company to trust with my research participants' data when sending SMS messages was overwhelming. There was so much choice, with most offering similar options. Signing up to Fire Text after a recommendation from a friend has been a great decision. The software is easy to navigate, the free messages were a nice touch to practice using the platform, the personalization features work really well, and the customer service has been amazing! It does what it is supposed to really well and I would happily reccomend it to other work colleagues. Thanks.”
