“I ordered a couple of Brick Yourself frames for my husband and father as gifts from my children. The post man had very kindly(!) delivered them with a thud on the floor and I was so worried they'd been damaged. Once carefully unboxing to check the damage, I was so pleased to find that everything was intact but my husband had gone walkies in the frame 😂 This was easily fixed as I opened up both frames, gave them a quick clean, popped husband back into place and closed them up. The quality of the frames and the figures are awesome! I loved that an accessory was included with the figure which really completed the 'personalised' aspect. Regarding customer services, I had made a complete lemon out of myself by sending my Order number incorrectly.. Once Shaneen @cs had suggested there may have been an error with the number, I gave my now corrected order number and she happily sent me my royal mail tracking details and very politely handled the mix up on my behalf. She asked if I needed assistance with anything else and fully made sure I was happy and had everything I needed. Will definitely order from Firebox again in the future. Thank You so much 🙂”

“I ordered a mug on 8 May and was told it would be delayed. On 12 May, my account was debited and I was notified it had shipped, but there was no tracking (coming to the US). On 10 JUNE, the mug still hadn’t arrived and I emailed the company for assistance. I have yet to get a reply (or my order delivered), though on 11 June, I did get an email asking me to rate the product. Super helpful.”

Hey Lucas, We're so sorry we missed getting your Firebox order in time. We know it sounds like an excuse (and it is really), but the new Corona world temporarily swamped our customer service team - leading to a bit of a delay, but we’re back at full power and doing all we can to make our customers as happy as possible again! Your chosen delivery method was untracked, so it means we didn't have any tracking info to provide through our confirmation e-mails. It has been some time since you posted this and we can see you have now been offered the choice between a replacement or a full refund. As you chose a replacement, our customer services team upgraded the delivery to a tracked shipping method so we can help you keep an eye on the journey of this new parcel. Although it didn't quite work out as expected this first time, we know we'll make it up to you this second time around. Regards, Firebox

“used firebox quite a few times in the past and never had any issue. on most recent order the deliver was really delayed (covid 19 at the time to be fair) and contacted customer service for help tracking it down. naturally it arrived the same day but was given a refund on postage anyway due to the delay. no issues with using again”

“If your parcel is late contact them in WhatsApp! My parcel was a few days late and they worked with me to refund shipping. Excellently packed and great quality, love my unicorn!”

“AMAZING customer service. I had an issue with my shipment (basically due to COVID-19, it was quite delayed and because I didn’t get shipment tracking, I had no idea what happened. Firebox refunded the shipping and they were great about being in touch with me. I loved the products I ordered (Friends picture frame mug, Friends Turkey mug, Disney face masks) and I’m really happy. PAY EXTRA FOR TRACKING—trust me it’s worth it. These guys are great. 5 stars.”

“I ordered the "Peek a Boo - Hidden Face Personalised Cushion" from firebox and I'm dissatisfied with the end result. The picture of the product has a free-floating face on a white background. In the description, it says to upload your picture and they'll do the rest. They even make a big deal of selecting a photo with only one person in it so they can edit it properly. They printed the whole picture and didn't cut out my face at all! The mermaid sequins also are sewn on too tight so you can't swish them back and forth. I sent this to my Grandma for mother's day, she seems to like it (besides not being able to flip the sequins), but I'm so disappointed because I know what is was supposed to look like. Also arrived late. I'm including a photo but blocking my face.”

“I bought a mystery box of games Quizzes and got them to deliver the box to my son and daughter in law who lives about a hours drive from me When it was delivered earlier than stated there was no indication who ordered it a mystery in itself after thinking about who sent it They told me what a fantastic box of games different Quizzes it was Thank you so much for the contents of the box it gave them hours of enjoyment in these troubled times Thank you so much”

“I contacted firebox because I thought my parcel hadn’t been delivered. They issued a refund for delivery straight away and contacted the courier. Turns out my parents had let the parcel in thinking it was there’s despite me asking if a parcel had been delivered for me. Because of this confusion I contacted firebox, I let them know to see if they could revoke the delivery refund but they said it’s okay and hope I come back again anyway. I’ve shopped with them for years & always loved their products. Really happy with this service also! Thank you!”
