“Ordered a personalised mug but when it arrived thought they’d made a mistake as it didn’t have the picture on it that I had uploaded. Contacted customer services and a lovely man got back to me and explained that the mug was heat sensitive and when I filled it with hot water the picture would appear. Ever felt a fool?!!! Thank you Cameron 🤪 Lovely mug by the way. Would recommend!! 🤩”
