“The cage that the wine is put is strong enough to hold the bottle, however the combination lock supplied to secure the bottle is not of the best quality. We tried the combinations supplied with the cages but the locks refused to open. However a determined six year old could break the lock.
All in all a decent gift once the locks were replaced.”

“I am always very pleased with ordering when i ring, but the young lady I spoke to this tine was a bit distant and not as friendly as in the past, althoough when I pushed her she finally checked to see if I was in the rewards club, which I was and it saved me £3!. At first she insisted she couldn't tell me,. I only order once a year near Christmas but find the delivery crippling and this year have bought in the shops as well to save this. overall good service but would like more friendly staff.”
