“I am always very pleased with ordering when i ring, but the young lady I spoke to this tine was a bit distant and not as friendly as in the past, althoough when I pushed her she finally checked to see if I was in the rewards club, which I was and it saved me £3!. At first she insisted she couldn't tell me,. I only order once a year near Christmas but find the delivery crippling and this year have bought in the shops as well to save this. overall good service but would like more friendly staff.”

However, I did try to order online just recently and completely lost my order, so had to resort to the telephone again. The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and kind and semed to understand that when you get old you needto spekat to someone and not a machine.”
“Love this item perfect for what I want.. it was number 18 signature board. But the number 8 was on a slant when it arrived but it was easily fixed by screwing the screw further in. It would have been 5 star but I did have to alter it slightly and shouldn't have had to do that. But all in all I am happy with the product now .”
