“Absolutely shambolic, purchased a product on the 13th December as a gift, transaction went through. After multiple emails asking where the product was (due to be delivered on the 17th December. An email came through on the 24th December saying the product was out of stock. Avoid this website at all cost. From a fuming customer. Don’t advertise a product you don’t have in stock!!!”
“I ordered a Christmas present on Dec 13th. Receipt says delivery within 2-5 working days. It hadn't arrived so I used the order tracker system. Imgine my surprise to be see that it had been shipped on Dec 24th. Time travel into the future is obviously a reality now. I phoned on the 22nd. They don't supply anything so the best they could offer was "We will email the supplier and let you know when they get back to us". It's now Xmas Eve and still heard nothing. Actually, I have heard. They asked for a review so this is it.”
