Several days later I received a bank notification that a refund had been requested from Find Me a Gift but there was no credit to my account. It took far more effort than it should have to find a phone number to contact the company. I was then told that the product was out of stock so a refund had been generated. This is fine and completely understandable, but an email to explain the situation at the point the refund was started would have meant I didn’t have to waste time trying to find out what was going on. The refund hit my account several days later, so all fine - just a little communication would have made the whole process easier.”
