“Got an email on 28th November to say order had shipped via Royal Mail for 1-3 day delivery. As of 8th December, have still not received order or any other communication. Very poor service, no idea if I will get these items in time for Christmas.”

I fully support reducing waste as much as possible but one very light boxed item was just in a thinly padded envelope. The box was squashed out of shape, creased and split in the corners :( :( :( - not ideal when the item is for a gift!”
