“I was initially frustrated with lack of communication which delayed my order - a birthday gift i wanted to present for a specific date, however after a few short emails with Dani this was resolved, my order was confirmed and shipped really quickly, in time for said date. The resolution was quick and prompt with clear communication, i was surprised at the speed this was turned around. All in i am happy and grateful for this, the problem resolution really changed the experience and the gift was great when it arrived.”
“Good range for gifts and quality product easy purchase and delivered speedily as last minute purchase. The receivers were totes pleased. The postal options should display before entering card details not afterwards though. Not all options were available. Hence had to pay the higher postal charge due to needing to await a postal charge question and then running out of time. Still recommend just not last minute if on a budget for postal charges.”

“It didn't make me happy. One item was missing from a large order for Christmas. Finally it came in to stock on the 4th January and I decided to have it and send it on to the person whose present it was. When it arrived it was faulty and didn't work. Their returns policy is snippy and I don't think I will bother to return it. I will chalk it up to experience and never use them again.”

Having reviewed your order, I can see it was placed at 7:30pm on Tuesday 14th and is scheduled to arrive today. We state on the website that cut off for next-day delivery is 3:45pm I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear.

“Very, very limited choice of thinks to use your voucher on compared to likes of Buy a Gift.
For example; We had a "Mega Choice for Two voucher and under the pampering section, you have a choice of 1 spa day (with no treatments) or 6 photoshoots.
Alot of the activities only have one location, sodepending on where you live it is very limiting.

“Purchased the Bear Family poster. Confusing ordering process as you can choose up to 8 bears but once you have selected the required amount there isn’t an option to choose ‘no bear’. This lead to a few emails to clarify our order.
Upon arrival, although the quality is ok the poster included 2 pet bowls (we do not have pets). Emailed to clarify and told that this was the design. It makes the poster look very odd so we won’t be hanging it up any time soon.”
“So far 3 of the items are out of stock when I ordered 2 weeks ago, 2 of them will be backnin stock with the company 23rd December. Numerous emails - which I suppose is good but how difficult is it to cancel the out of stock item, refund and continue with the rest x 2 and then to have another email about it.

“I made an order on 21st of June, 1 item out of the 4 was personalised. 3 of the items arrived a couple of fays after ordering however the 4th personalised item was supposedly shipped on the 26th June and it is now the 10th and no sign of Hermes (the courier) emailing to tell me where is it or when it is coming.I have emailed today and spoke to a very nice lady called Katy who offered me a refund which i was content with even though i no longer have a present for my sisters birthday which was on the 30th of June.This rating would of been 1 star if it wasn't for her.”

We're so sorry to hear that the frame arrived damaged. We have been selling this item for a few years and have not had similar feedback so we're hoping this is an isolated incident. “Jewellery necklace with inscription. Had to return twice because of failure to follow order instructions thus missing the date for which the necklace was intended to mark. Casual apology and no offer of recompense. Not recommended.”
