So far 3 of the items are out of stock when I ordered 2 weeks ago, 2 of them will be backnin stock with the company 23rd December. Numerous emails - which I suppose is good but how difficult is it to cancel the out of stock item, refund and continue with the rest x 2 and then to have another email about it.
