“The service and delivery was good. The product was of significantly lesser quality than described or pictured. For example, the silver engraving has come with a rust-coloured outline. It just looks horrible.”

“Despite paying extra for next day delivery I still haven’t received my purchase one week on. According to their website it is still being ‘processed’. Had to buy something else now as they didn’t arrive in time for family party. There is no facility to cancel my order so I expect I will now need to pay more delivery to return it!!”
